I finally broke the 20 lb barrier! I know it isn't much compared to how far I have to go, but it's territory I haven't seen in more than ten years. I've been good, but still hovering just above that 20 lb mark for the last two weeks. I still have about 70 lb to go.

How much variation do you see from day to day? I see something around 1.5% to 2% of my total body weight in daily variation, and that's weighing in at the same time every day (the moment I get up.) The brushing teeth really helps for me. I looked up all of my snacks to put them in MFP, and hoo, boy, are they fattening (like nachos at 45 calories per chip.) The past couple of days, I've eaten an orange for late night cravings.

For breakfast, I usually have a yogurt, a big glass of skim milk, and three eggs, fried in about a teaspoon of light olive oil with spices and 1/4 cup of mozzarella.
