Wake up - use the bathroom - strip - hop on the scale - hop in the shower. (Lather, Rinse, Repeat)

That moment when you get on the scales and think you've only lost a half a pound because you can't remember what it was last time, and then record it and find out it was over a pound! Love it!! (I record my weight way too often :0)

I love that moment at the end of the day when you've had a great workout, you've been spot on with your daily intake, and you can't wait to wake up the next morning and weigh in because you know you'll be dropping down into the next set of 10's!
