Just looking at the past few days I would say you are eating too much carb and not enough protein! Carbs can "weigh you down" I know they make me a lot more lethargic.....sleepy too!

My personal trainer chewed me out for eating pizzza, then I told him I ate it without the crust and he waa a bit happier. Followed up with a recipie for me that used hamburger(lean) as the crust! Motivation is a BIG key to success. I will help you if you help me! I have only benn a member for 1 month and am aready having issues. I am gaining muscle, loosing fat but also at times gaining it. Scares me...I don't want to be a Muscle Woman. Having a hard time with the carbs too, this may be a lot of it. any suggestions…

I hate to be an old "stick in the mud" but I would suggest talking with a Doctor or a traner. You don't just want to keep loosing for fear of becoming ill.. You don't say how tall you are and that can make a difference. I got my first target froma personal trainer at the YMCA.
