Depends on the day and what I'm doing. I find when I pre-log though, something ALWAYS happens and I have to go back and edit it anyways. So I usually log during or right after I eat.

I love the taste of it! Although I agree, it is pretty pricey.

Love the caramel ones! Happy to say that one sat on my vanity for over a week. My boyfriend brought it for me and when he realized I hadn't ate it yet because I was sticking to my healthy eating plan, he proceeded to eat it slowly commenting on how good it was. He got a pillow to the head! Lol.

Love this post so much!

Story of my life...every Friday/Saturday.

Dinner and drinking as far as I know.

I bought a digital one from Wal-Mart and I've never had a problem with it. Paid $20. My work also has the same model in the restroom, and it's been going for a few years now with no problems.

over easy cooked in coconut oil...mmmmm.

Today at the chiropractor's office. And at the DMV when I got my license renewed. F* it. Depresses me enough without having it published on my driver's license.

WATER!

I've watched a lot of youtube video's over this concept. I've never wanted to do it to 'change' my body per say; maybe help look good in certain outfits. But the part that intrigued me was pros that it can help with having a good posture. I slouch a lot in my stomach area, and working at a desk job really hasn't helped…

I'm starting today! I'm pumped!

Runkeeper has always been my favorite running app.

Mio is much better than soda. I use an orange, or I also buy sparkling waters. It is similar to soda's so my son really likes it!

HI! I'm 5'2, and SW of 145, and would like to get to the 120's. I will add you!
-
I'm your height (5'2.) I did the exact same thing when I first started this site, went from 135 down to 120-125. People were saying the exact same things to me. I'm starting over again now, and just last week someone noticed I wasn't jumping into the candy they were offering. They later messaged me to tell me they hoped I…

When I started on this site in 2010/beginning of 2011, I was at your weight. I ate 1200 calories, had completed the C25K program, and fell head over heels into fitness. By summer of 2011 I was down to 125, and by the next year 120. It was the best shape I've ever been in. I eventually had to up my cals to 1300-1400 the…

Seems legit.

This is my favorite way to eat it! Broccoli and asparagus is great cooked this way too.

Always questioned spending that much money on something I could just put together myself-so never tried it.

I take selfies everywhere (I blame snapchat for this) and I absolutely do not care who judges me for it. Lol. Likewise, I could care less what others are doing with their phones/camera's. Not a fan of judging/worrying about other people's business.

This is definitely something that you 'get what you pay for.' My first go around I bought a watch, and it was so inaccurate! $45 down the drain. Chest strap HRM's are the best. I chose to go with a Polar brand (very popular on here, and good ratings on Amazon.) I went with an FT60 and have had it for two years now and LOVE…

If you don't like the idea of Beachbody's shakes and supplements, wouldn't it be easier for you to just not buy it, and move on in your life?
-
I am exactly where you are! I'll be 30 in December, I'm around 142-144, and would like to get to 120-125. I have T25 and it's a great workout! Running has always been a good start for me, and I'm currently doing the C25K app!
-
Absolutely love the C25K program!

Any choice of protein powder + shaker cup from Walmart is how I roll.

Using a heart rate monitor is the only way to get a true accurate reading. But before I got one of those, I always logged it as Calisthenics.

If this were my situation, and I really didn't want Thai food, I would get a GREAT salad from somewhere (or whatever your liking from whichever restaurant) and take it in with you. I've done this with my son (got him something or I gotten something else) and you know what, I wouldn't think twice about what any one thought.…
