These are what I have been using also. Salmon is a great source of protein, or sea food type foods like shrimp/fish. Peanut butter also has protein. Add me if you'd like...always looking for more friends.

I struggled for over a year, logging my food, working out, etc. I had lost weight sufficiently using My Fitness Pal back in 2011/2012, but after severe depression and things happening in my life, something just wasn't working the second try. I decided to give Advocare a try after seeing many people in my area and on…

I tried a sample and found it tasted really gross. I couldn't imagine having to drink that everyday, let alone spend a lot of money to be able to do so.

The label should tell you? If you take a lot of vitamins daily...you might want to track it. I used to take a lot and could take up to 100 calories in vitamins (depending on what you take.)

The most expensive thing on the menu!

I sometimes go on smaller hikes, or runs at a local park (that has a really bad name because crime has been happening there a lot lately.) I also have a tendency to go on night runs. I am just sure to always carry my phone on me. Before I leave I call a friend or family member and simply tell them my plans, where I'm…

My thoughts as well...?

I use a Polar FT60 for my workouts, and I absolutely love it! I have thought seriously about getting a fitness tracker, but instead decided to save my money and downloaded a pedometer app on my phone. The one I use is called Pacer, and I love it! I feel it incorporates the same idea that a fitness band would. This app lets…

Always looking for more friends! I'm 5'2, 30 years old, and need to lose about 15 pounds!

There is a pretty significant difference between MFP's said calorie burns, compared to when I use a HRM. I use a Polar HRM, and it is the best money I've ever spent.

I priced mason jars at my local Wal-Mart and they were like 10 for $10? I didn't need that many mason jars though. So I just bought a cheap pack of 4 Tupperware containers for a couple dollars, and they work just as good as a mason jar does (I compared to the 1 mason jar I do own.) Edited to say: I've never tried keeping a…

I agree with this. You can also stay on certain weeks for as long as you want.

I have a motivation folder in my pinterest that I'll go through. I've circled swimsuits I like in magazine's to remind me summer/swimsuit season is coming up. I schedule the workout I'm planning on doing, and make it a mindset that I'm canceling on making myself better (mind and body) if I cancel. I also go through success…

I use a heart rate monitor, but if I do use MFP for calories burned, I take/use about 75% of the number given (I've found that to be the rough difference between my HRM and MFP numbers.)

My thoughts as well....Maybe he was just really tired. Or the pink hair could have thrown him off?

I imagine what I want to look like in a swimsuit

I only live 5 minutes from my work, But I do a lot of food prepping during my days off to make lunches easier/quicker/and just there so I have no excuses! Pre-prepped salads are my favorite. I use garbanzos beans, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce...in that order and put in a container, and when I go to use it I add the…

I hear ya! Today they bought all the fixings for ice cream sundae's, and also heated up left over cheese dip from earlier this week. I haven't caved so far...but it's been hard!

I don't know for sure, but I DO know that's it's horrible for my eczema.

Yup, agree in fact that myself and most people I've seen add these kinds of challenges to their daily/regular workout routines.

Depends on the day and what I'm doing. I find when I pre-log though, something ALWAYS happens and I have to go back and edit it anyways. So I usually log during or right after I eat.

I love the taste of it! Although I agree, it is pretty pricey.
