Absolute waste of money, full of garbage ingredients.

Buy a food scale, calculate your TDEE, subtract 20% from that number, and log your food into MFP. Simple. No need for expensive shakes, diets, or gimmicks.

It's not worth the money. It's a heavily promoted by Beachbody in their Multilevel Marketing business and the shakes run more than $4 ea. You can do better with a reasonable protein supplement if you need it and a daily multivitamin.

I tried a sample and found it tasted really gross. I couldn't imagine having to drink that everyday, let alone spend a lot of money to be able to do so.

NO! I do a protein shake in the morning to help me reach my protein goal and stay full, but I do not use Shakeology so many unnecessary ingredients. Look for a whey protein with only 2 or 3 ingredients listed.

I love it!!! Yes, it's expensive, but if you're rushed in the morning you literally just add the powder to your sport bottle, shake it up and go! I used it as a meal replacement for breakfast. I think it's a time savings vs a $$$ savings. Just depends what's more valuable to you ;)

So 1/9 people find it helpful. Also the 1 person out of all 9 of us has only one post. Seems legit.

Thank you everyone. I've been on the fence for a week if I should buy it or not. I even thought about selling it for the coach discount , but it's still a lot of money.

Not only will you likely lose money, you will annoy the hell out of your friends and family, as they will feel obligated to buy from you, and they will probably all start to avoid you after a while.

There is no need to get sucked into a pyramid scheme like Shakeology.

Generally the only people who say it tastes good and has any real benefits are Beach Body coaches. Everyone else (who doesn't sell it) will tell it like it is. Overpriced protein shake that only tastes good if you add tons of other stuff to it. (leaving you with a 600 calorie shake)

Really, if you want a protein shake, there are plenty of places to get them without buying into a pyramid scheme. Add a multivitamin of your choice, and you're set.

There are plenty of threads on here recommending protein powders if you're looking for a place to start :)

Much cheaper and IMHO better options if you feel you want a protein shake.

Yep! I get a giant jug of powdered whey for about $18 at Wal-Mart. I can add what I want to it, and it gets the job done.

People are overreacting about the flavor, but not the price, which is pretty ridiculous. I wish I'd done some research into alternatives before purchasing it. I wasn't so crazy about any supplement to begin with, but its such an easy cheat vs planning my meals to really meet my protein goals...

Shakeology is really good at separating gullible people from their money. It serves no other purpose.

This is my new favorite "no" gif.

Perhaps I'll save it for the special snowflakes to cushion the blow when I tell them what they don't want to hear.

They're the most filling shakes I've had, but still not worth the ridiculous price tag (and the strawberry one is VILE).
