Well, I'm not counting the general plodding around the office at work. These 50 miles will be for me additional to my daily sedentary lifestyle.. Over 100lbs to lose so gotta be good this one. Right off out to put my first mile in today, no time to do more today as have plans this evening..

ddrobins1956 I take on board what you are saying. I thought I had eaten well today, having what I wanted and ended up just short of 1400. I guess if I find the weight not coming off as I want, I may just try increasing. Would definitely not go any lower. Thanks for the advice..
