I was 2oz off my goal last week, now maintaining eating 1400 cals I'm gaining again, so I dropped down to 1200 again. I do have under active thyroid and meds make me gain, and cardiologist I'm recently under thinks I have angina so exercing 4-5 days week but taking longer as constantly stopping. I go the gym everyday and do 300 to 450 calories a day takes from 50 mins to 75 sometimes bit more then I try 30 mins in the sauna each day
