I have found that fruits like bananas and apples do a nice job of curbing my hunger. Fiber One bars are good, too. Also, drink a lot of water as this can help your body feel fuller in between meals.

I look at it this way: the body needs rest to be productive, therefore, I am doing exercise by resting. It helps me get through the guilty feelings by realizing that I am doing my body a favor by keeping it fresh. Hope this helps, good luck!

I've been doing a combination of Wii Fit, cardio and weight training. On my fifth week and the program is working great! You get out of Wii Fit what you put into it. Cycling, Super Hula Hoop, Long Run and Tilt City are on my daily things to do!

This program is great for counting calories. Use it, it doesn't take that much time. We all have "time" issues. It is up to us to make the effort to "find" the time to make our goals happen. Best of luck to you!
