Ah for sure! I'm umming and ahhing between calorie counting and SW, having done SW a fair few times before! My only thing with it is when I go a wee bit off plan it always tends to be a big gain on the scales! : )

I've already started this as there was a previous post about it at the end of last month! I'm not doing every day though (you're not advised to do it each day) and have done 3 days so far.

I did level 1 day 1 today and thought it so hard! I exercise 3-4 times a week, but doing something different, and particularly with weights was definitely harder than I expected! Looking forward to getting back on it!
