I hear you!! I turned 40 in April, and while I am working out better and harder than any other time in my life, the process of the scale moving down is SLOW! I keep telling myself it just means it will stay off, but boy, who knew 40 would be so tough!! Good luck to you!

My workout mix : Five Finger Death Punch, Skillet, Godsmack, Cavo. The harder the rock the better when working out!! :)

I have the polar FT4, and thought the cal burn was also too low. Spit not water? So you don't saturate it with water prior to working out? I will definitely try moving it down, I do keep it pretty high as well (based on that little diagram that came with it)

I don't ever log those things I have been doing forever, unless it is super tough, like in and out of the attic, moving furniture, etc. I do log gardening if it is particularly hard, only because it isn't something that I do all the time. I do log the "traditional" exercise every day though.

I agree, I do a lot of planning before I go out, going online to look at the menu and nutritional information. Would be so great if it was right there, so you didn't have to plan but could go out spur of the moment.

That is fantastic!! WTG!

I agree with the others. You deserve better, and you should lose the weight for you. No matter what your size is, he most likely will not stop cheating, and he definitely isn't good enough to have you on his arm! Good luck to you, you can do this!!

I think you have to be true to yourself. My best friend is constantly whining about his weight, but won't do anything to help the situation. I was constantly trying to get him to workout with me, go for rides on our mountain bikes, etc. But he has no desire. So I started doing things on my own, and adding friends that…
