Hi from NY Sylvie! It takes a lot of strength to write what you did, and to make the decision that you need to change for not just you, but your beautiful children. That motivation will help to keep you on the right path! Today is day 1 of a clean 365 page book, don't look behind you, just keep looking forward! Good luck…

Hi!! Count me in as well! I think that I am also going to follow the TF/CLX hybrid. I really do so much better when I am in a challenge or group, definitely keeps me motivated and on track! It has been over a year since I last did Turbo Fire, and I wasn't as graceful as I would have liked, but it was so much fun and I am…

There are so many free apps out there, the only way I would consider paying is if there were some major updates and perks added. Right now, no, I wouldn't pay for it.

I just started a couple of days ago, and have well over 30 lbs to lose. It is really hard, but when I get to the end of the workout, that is the most amazing feeling in the world! Good luck to you!

A vacation home somewhere tropical for sure, and a little place in Europe for vacations. But I am definitely an east coast girl, so would probably stay right here in NY :)

The Catcher in the Rye, hands down. I love the classics, but I absolutely hated that book!

41 here and planning on reaching my goal before I turn 42 next year. I would have to say my 40s are the best yet. More confidence, more drive and definitely a whole lot happier :)

Good luck to you both!! I added it under cardio and record the cals burned off of my heart rate monitor. It is definitely kicking my butt, but stick with it and you will be great!

Hi!! Good for you on your fresh start! I was 30 days thru the 60 day insanity program and felt like I didn't give it anywhere near 100%. So this morning i started fresh as well! Day 1 insanity for me :) Feel free to add me if you like, you can do this!!

Sure, why not? I mean yes our bodies are definitely different, but in terms of support and motivation, I don't see where gender makes any difference what so ever. I cheer on my male friends and female friends just the same, because we are all trying to reach the same goals.
-
As soon as I reach my goal I am going skydiving! :)
-
Wow!! Congratulations to you! So fantastic seeing the results of hardwork and dedication! Great job!!
-
Feel free to add me if you like :) I am on every day, so I would be happy to be part of your cheering section!!

Thanks for the tip!! I am definitely going to look into this method.

I love my bike!! I prefer trail riding to city riding, so I have to put it in the carrier and drive to the trails, but it really is so worth it! I mean, I have to drive to the gym too, so there really isn't much difference if you look at it that way. Good luck!!

I watched it. What determination. No matter what tragedy he was facing he just didn't give up. Compared to what he had to deal with, no one should whine about how hard this journey is. He is really an inspiration and just the reminder that I needed.
