    I used this program to help train my sister for a 5K. Since then I've recommended it to a lot of people. It's a great program and really works.

    The one I use is C25K by Zen Labs because it's free. But there are a bunch of other ones. Just search C25K. :smile:

    What a coincidence!! I just started myself!! (Yesterday I finished Week1 Day2) but my plan is in place of the speed hiits for cardio I will do a C25k workout every other day.

    I will jump in for the support but I have recently found another interval program that I am going to try instead of C25K. I found it in a magazine but the c25k thing doesnt seem like it's working well for me right now.

    Just started too...did W2D2 today. I have to admit it's feeling pretty good.

    any suggestions as to what my 'run' speed should be? I dont want to come out too hard or leave anything on the table.
