I love my 5am workouts. I have my alarm on the other side of the bedroom, so I have to get up to turn it off anyway. Then just jump into the workout. Count me in too! I normally workout in the morning, so adding an after work workout will definitely push me closer to my goal! I would like to lose 15-20 lbs by mid May. Thanks for the plan!! :)

I never pre-log exercise. I wear a heart rate monitor and like to log what i actually burn, not an estimate. I will pre-log food only if I am going to eat out, I go onto the restaurant websites to look at the calories, then log it so that I don't stray or change my mind after I get there.
