I have the polar FT7F and it works great. Make sure that whatever you get comes with a chest strap so that you get the most accurate read :)

I am doing Chalean Extreme for strength and Turbo Fire for cardio. Also spending some time on the treadmill and elliptical. Good luck to you finding what you love :)

I log it as kickboxing including turbo jam, its pretty close to what my heart rate monitor burn is.

I prefer to workout on an empty stomach, but some prefer a small amount of something prior to working out. I think you need to just play around with it and see what works best for you.

Soooo amazing! I love it!! I am doing a hybrid workout of Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire, just started week 5 and have already lost 15"!!

I am definitely all about the early morning workouts. Otherwise I spend the entire day worrying about when to fit it in, and that way I don't have to. I don't think it makes any real difference when you workout as long as you do. It is just more of a personal preference.

I love turbo jam!! I just started turbo fire and it is extreme!

actually I am using heavier weights and doing lower reps, and am not bulking at all, just getting leaner and toned. I think it takes super heavy weights and training for women to bulk up.

I am also a huge fan of beachbody workouts. I have done turbo jam in the past, loved it. And just finished week 4 of a hybrid Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme workout. In 4 weeks I am down 15 inches :)
