I'm 5'4", 133 lbs, looking to hit 115lbs. Inspired by your workout frequency! I really struggle with "exerciser," but love to get out to play b-ball, bike ride and hike. In the past I have struggled with an extreme appetite after a traditional workout, sabotaging my progress. Do you have difficulty with this?

I've realized that the scale is not my best indicator. I've found myself feeling great, only for my progress to be contradicted by the oh-so-powerful numbers registering on my scale. Oppositely, I have had times where I feel as though I have hit a plateau and the numbers indicate a significant loss. As such, I weigh myself…
