I never did that well with tracking food either until restarting in January. It's been so much better this time and it has helped me a lot. I started on June 1st with the squat and 30 day abs challenge too!! It's harder than I thought it would be. I didn't think so when I first saw the challenge, but it increases rapidly. Love the responses here. I'm using them! I do get tired of the comments on my almost daily salad lunch. I know they are being supportive, but I don't need to hear it on a daily basis "look how good you are, eating such a healthy lunch". Yep, just like every other day.
