Just pretty darned excited that I got a food scale for Christmas! Well, I think I'm excited. Now there will be no need to estimate, guess, and just hope for the best. I may be surprised at what I find out! I really needed to step it up this year, though, so that I can make my goal! Just thought I'd share!
I wish I didn't have this question, but I'm having a colonoscopy next week and I wondered if I could do a Body Pump class in the morning before the procedure. I was planning to go, but someone said that it may not be a good idea because of not really eating the day before. Anybody been through one that could help?
