help! i've lost 3.5 lbs and my ticker won't update... it's been stuck on 0 lbs lost since i started. :( would very much like the positive reinforcement of a working ticker showing my progress. i tried today to reinstall my ticker with my selected photo, and still no luck. please help? Thanks!
