I hate edamame. I tried adding it to my salads - I just can't do it. It's so gross to me, and the texture is just weird. I also struggle with sugar free coffee creamer over the regular stuff - it's just not the same!

I'm no longer out of breath walking up the stairs at work. My pants are getting saggy/I'm fitting into smaller pants. The amount of beeps and waves I get on my lunchtime walk is increasing - haha!

I agree with the those who mentioned getting a food scale. I tend to weigh my foods in grams rather than ounces too for greater accuracy.

Exercise, definitely. I walk on my lunch breaks to blow off steam. On the days where people really tweak me off at work, I tend to work out harder without trying. By the time I'm finished, the stress is gone. This also helps me sleep better too. Before working out, the stress would keep me up at night, but now, I'm out…

Cocoa almonds or those Quaker Quakes or Popped snacks or whatever they call them now in chocolate flavor. I also have ice cream party cups in the house for my son - one of those hits the spot too - for only 100 calories. (If you can resist them at other times.)

I have high cholesterol (mostly hereditary), and I don't like egg yolk, so I don't eat them. If you're having a "cheat" meal, why not go for the real thing?? Sugar free maple syrup is terrible, IMO.
