I'm in the same boat as you. Before P90 I never EVER exercised. So I did my research also and found that P90X is not a good starter for beginners. I started P90 on the 21st and its hard but a great workout. I do it like the program says, 6 days a week with 3 being cardio/abs. I'm excited to see where it takes me.
