i don't reward myself with food, i'm not a dog. i've been logging everything on here for over a year and i've yet to reward myself for it. you just have to decide whether or not this is a diet or a lifestyle change. i agree with everything in moderation, which is why i don't have cheat days. and it's worked pretty well for…

at body pump yesterday a stranger told me how strong & toned i looked. i'll take being called that over skinny any day.

i love my polar ft7. i bought it for $90 in store but you could definitely find it cheaper online.

i go for high protein breakfasts to keep me full. they're not low cal (around 400 usually) but i also eat about 1600 calories a day or more. some of my favorites are an egg white omelette with green bell peppers, onion, shredded cheese, and ground turkey; a skinny wheat bagel with turkey, egg whites, and cheese; or if i…

have you watched your sodium intake? you could be holding water weight. aim to keep it under 2500 a day and try to drink 75 ounces of water a day. (about 1 ounce for every 2 lbs)

diet coke and rum. rum & malibu are about 50-60 cal/ounce.

i dont think thats related to your weight loss. since i've lost weight, i've noticed mine has gotten lighter and easier to handle. however, i'm also anemic and before i took my iron supplements, my period was a lot like yours. have you been checked for that?

i eat ice cream almost every night. i like blue bell no sugar added (90 cal per half cup) or publix no sugar added (anywhere from 100-130 cal per half cup). they have tons of flavors like butter pecan, mint choc chip, moose tracks, etc. just make sure you're eating something you actually like. there are nights like tonight…

in my opinion & experience, working out everyday is fine as long as you change it up. i do strength training 3x a week, high cardio 2x a week, and long distance running 3x a week. saturdays are strength & running day, i like to have a high calorie burn once a week so as to have a high calorie intake day. doing this for the…

buy a HRM if you really want to know accurate calorie burn. the machine is always higher than what i burn. MFP can be close for some things, and way off for other things.

first off, either hide or get rid of the donuts. out of sight, out of mind. also, it would help to be able to see your food diary. you may not be making the best choices with what you eat. try to aim for high protein and vegetable meals to maximize your calorie allotment while also keeping you full. if you really need to…

this. i'm a student too but I don't consider my walks between class as exercise. if its something you did as your everyday routine before you started trying to lose weight, i wouldn't count it now.
