I've just been diagnosed with celiac disease (gluten intolerance) and must go gluten free. I eat a lot of meat and fish. So it's not exact;y paleo but I am low grain,high veggie, high meat. Paleo does intrigue me.

Mmmm I will try chalula sauce on mine next time. I squeeze lime and add salt, red pepper and brewers yeast if I have i around. Sometime I put coconut aminos on it (my soy sauce substitute as I am allergic to sulfites).

Air popped corn sprinkled with soy sauce. I sprinkle mine with lime and coconut aminos then add salt and red pepper. BUt the taste is not for everyone.

You should eat something that you really like b/c it sounds like you are an emotional eater. Next time have that slice of pizza and some veggies. Don't over stuff yourself. For some reason when I am stuffed I want to eat more. Perhaps it's b/c I feel uncomfortable and am also an emotional eater.

Whoever told you this is probably under the false assumption that eating 6 times a day "stokes" your metabolism and keeps it running high. This is a myth. Various studies have proven the myth is wrong, but it hasn't reached everyone apparently. Even some fitness trainers still spew this "stuff."

I read that cellulite has a lot to do with how your body stores fat. Some people have more and some have less. Reducing body fat to extra lean levels will make it go away but I think we are talking about near female body building levels here.

Sweet Frog original if you are at 4 oz (or is it 3) is under 90 cals. It's just the right mix of sweet and tart if you are into that.

It's all about your psychology. If weighing in bloated and at a higher weight from a night of drinking and eating salty foods will make you feel depressed and reach for something edible to bring your spirits up, don't do it. If you are not phased and know that it is water weight, then just go with your usual weigh in day.

For some people drinking a glass a night stalls weight loss. I think if you are insulin resistant or have allergies to molds in food or even a sulphite intolerance (hello here) you will have issues with a nightly drink.
