Your stomach will flatten out if you continue to lose more fat. I would continue on with your weight loss efforts. That is fat on your tummy and you can lose it.

This is just ignorance. We put toxins into our bodies all the time without needing to drive to the ER. My friend just had her Dr. inject her forehead with a neurotoxin called botulinum. I guess it makes her feel pretty and stuff. I just drank some toxins the other night when I had a lovely glass of wine.

Yes our body is full of amazing organs that clean the toxins that we daily put into it, but that doesn't mean that we can't damage those organs with toxic overload. Ever heard of cirrhosis of the liver?

Yeah you could get to that weight again but I bet you wouldn't be as small as you were back then. Focus on your body composition, strength and health rather than a number from your teen years. I also think that young girls look great thin, but as we age we need a little more fat on us to keep some fat in our faces.

1000 calories for 2 hours if tennis seems way too high. Try using a TDEE calculator and use the calories it gives you because you are clearly not in a real deficit now.

This! Try eating more on your 2000 calorie days and if you still want to stay under 50 carbs on that day eat higher fats or more protein. I don't think a low calorie diet is part of the lean gains protocol. I'm actually pretty sure that the creator eats high cals.

How much weight do you lose eating 1600-1800 calories a day? If that is on target for you then I would ignore the fitbit.
