Try adding fruit to your protein drink. Maybe your body needs more sugar and you are experiencing a drop in blood sugar?

I eat 10 100 calorie packs of cheetos a day, and so should you!

Do these people who can't eat enough not like avocados and nut butters? Not together obviously, but come on people! It's healthy, it's good for you and it packs a nutrient dense high calorie punch!

You are losing inches so stop worrying what the scale says! Just carry on with your food tracking and exercise.

I no longer come to the community forums for helpful hints on weight loss. Rather I come for my daily dose of humor. Those gifs are always hilarious. Carry on.

This too!

You can't spot reduce or pick and choose where your body takes the fat from. If you haven't seen much change in your midsection though you might have a lot of intestinal bloat from a high carb diet or maybe drinking alcohol or sugar filled drinks. I notice that my intestines bloat when I am drinking (they become inflamed…

What was your last weight right before the 133 mark?

This is a very interesting thread to read through. To all who say this OP and others like her are not calorie counting correctly I have this to say: just because you have had success with your TDEE and calorie deficits does not mean that everyone else who uses the same formula and does not have success is doing it wrong. I…

Wow and wow. You need to post all your food. This looks out of this world.

You only ate around 1100 calories on Monday. If your BMR is in the 1700 range and you are lifting heavy you need to eat more protein and less carbs. Try going up to 1600 calories a day and eating all your protein.
-
Looks great! Keep the facial hair.
-
Somebody is going to tell you to eat more. Do you know your BMR and your TDEE? How heavy do you lift?
-
The point of the whole30 is to find out if you have a food intolerance and to reset your eating habits. You can't eat anything packaged on that diet.

I eat gluten free and have an open diary for friends. You can add me. Do you have a particular question? I generally stay away from gluten free carbs though and concentrate on whole foods that do not come from packages (unless we are talking about Betty Crocker's gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix).

I meant to say: This!

Ha ha ha. This!

Ok I think I will start out with Stronglifts and after 4-5 months try out the 5/3/1 as that routine strongly appeals to me. For you all doing Stronglifts, do you ever revers the load? Meaning start out, after warm up, with your heaviest load and then decrease? The thing about the Reverse Pyramid Training that I loved is…

Thanks for the reply. I'm wondering if there are any women on here doing the RPT? I'm not quite sure that as a beginner I should try it.
-
SunofaBeach14, why do you use 5/3/1 over stronglifts? Is it just more fun or do you see more results? The thing I like about 5/3/1 is that you start out low. I guess I'm a little worried about overdoing it with squats or rows and pulling something. I actually started a program that a friend recommended last year and ended…

I think this is the wrong area for this question. I am taking it over tot he fitness and exercise part of the forum.

I'm in. I eat whole foods and cook almost everything from scratch because I am gluten intolerant and also have sulphite and other chemical crap intolerance issues. Yes I said it,...chemical crap. If you look at what is put in our packaged foods it is chilling. I mean all this stuff just to extend shelf life and induce…

Awesome work! I also really like that backyard in the second photo.

Coffee with half and half. A smoothie comprised of Vegan Raw protein powder, 2 cups spinach, 5-6 strawberries and 3/4 cup almond milk.

You are supposed to keep your mouth closed on those flip turns!

Too much salty food this week? Dieter's edema? You are working harder than you were before and your muscles are holding onto extra water to repair?
-
Yes!

Do you count calories if you are doing a 10/14?

I love my ashtanga and vinyasa practice. It really works my core and my arms. I just love the feeling of a back bend as well. I feel like I am doing my body some good by staying flexible rather than trying to burn off as many calories as possible.

If your profile picture is current you look to have a considerable amount of muscle mass and I would think that being a man with that type of muscle going below 1700 would not be advisable. Eat more, lift heavier?
