My watch tells me that I burn anywhere from 500 - 700 calories every time I work out. It's been pretty consistent thought out my workouts too.

This is what I do - I'm a 36DD. I wear either 2 sports bras or 1 sports bra and a racerback back bra if I need to. I don't have a ton of money to spend, so I do with what I have.

It does taste different! I've never had GY until last year and honestly, I thought it tasted gross until I found one that I like. I *love* Fage, plain and with some added extras. I haven't tried it in any recipes yet. It has a higher amount of protein in it and I think it has less sugar (?) I say give it try and find one…

I was just at TJ Maxx tonight and got a couple new sports bras, a few were even $5. They have an active wear section and their prices are great!

I got a watch at Walmart (about $30) that tracks my calories burned. I highly recommend getting something to track it for you instead of guessing.

I'm the same way. Moving the alarm doesn't help me, I'll get up, turn it off and go back to bed :laugh: For now, I'll stick to my night work outs until I can get up with out pushing the snooze.

I'm looking forward to reading your blog! I just finished week 1 today. Like you (except in Oct.) I got through the first 2 weeks of Insanity, saw a major difference in my Fit Test and then life got in the way. We can do it this time around!!

I definitely see a difference in the amount I can do at one time already. Did Plyo tonight and actually got through the first part of the warm up without stopping :laugh: But, I am looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.... or at least from Insanity. My bathrooms are calling my name to clean them!

I like it too! It definitely keeps me moving and I take more breaks, but I'll get there...eventually :laugh: Yep... 8 weeks! I'm sure it will go by fast too! I hear month 2 is really picks it up!

I'm on day 2 of Insanity! I got through the first 2 weeks back in October and then life took over. I'm hoping to get through most of it this time around!
