I totally agree. I like Yoga and could never finish the DVD, I stopped at 45 minutes. I eventually substituted Tony's One on One yoga DVD, perfect length. I enjoy Kenpo X too. Definitely modify if you need to! I still use a chair for my pull ups and all the pushups on my knees, but I still got an amazing workout.

I have the Select Techs and love them! I got them off of Craigslist and they were in great condition. I would definitely check there first.

I didn't use to log them, but I log them now so I can see the nutrients that I don't show but would still like to see where I'm at and that I'm over 100%. I take the gummy calcium and the gummy women's multi.

Anything I do, I wear my heart rate monitor and add in a new workout.

I workout barefoot all the time. The only time I wear sneakers is when I'm.running. Other then that sneakers hurt my feet.

I have them every day - 1 egg w/ 6 tablespoons egg whites, no veggies, and it's the perfect shape to put on my thin roll. I cook them for about 2 minutes otherwise I think it's a little runny on the bottom and I like my eggs cooked through. I'll micro 2 slices of turkey back to put on it too. Great job!! I hated Yoga X and Dive Bombers! I substituted Tony's One on One Fountain of Youth for the Yoga X since it's shorter. I still do it occasionally on a rest day.

I'm at 45/30/25 right now. I've been bumping down every few weeks, so in a few more weeks I'll try bumping it down to 40/30/30 or 40/40/20 and see how that goes.
