I got workout 1 already done today - Burn Intervals! I am so NOT a morning person and never workout before work. Now I only have CLX Abs tonight!

I use my cast iron stove top grill. My kid needed to take some iron drops and it wasn't working for her, it was NASTY... added to anything. I started using the grill more and when we went back for tests her levels were fine. You can't track it, but it works.

Same here. I have a coach but never "pushes" anything. His group on FB has been a life saver for me. I have "met" so many people that I consider them friends even though we have never met. A group of them are actually getting together to do Tough Mudder together. It just depends on who you find that is willing to help you.…

I usually make a scrambled egg with 3-6 tbsp egg whites in the microwave, add to a toasted thin bagel and either 2 pieces of turkey bacon or Canadian ham with a little bit of ketchup. I eat it in the car on the way to work. I'll have some green tea and a banana a little bit after I get settled at my desk.

Tonight it's grilled Italian chicken tenders, sauteed veggies (green peppers, tomatoes, corn sliced off the cob, and maybe some asparagus) and left over baked potato. Yum! My diary is open.

It sucks, doesn't it!? I've always had to double up and they are a pain getting off. Nothing much here really. Saturday, the kid had gymnastics in the morning and after that we just hung out around the house. Sunday night we out for breakfast, did some grocery shopping then went to a friends house for the first half of the super bowl. Good times. That is awesome! Definitely step out of your box more!!

I *LOVE* my Brooks. Were they cheap? Not really. I've had many types of other sneakers and these are the only sneakers that don't hurt my feet when I run. I would recommend getting fitted even if you have to drive a little bit to get it done. Once you find that perfect sneaker, you can pretty much get them anywhere.
