  • My AM snack is usually a granny smith apple and a cheese stick. Lately my PM snack has been Oikos yogurt, 12 Blue Diamond Coffee Mocha Almonds and 3-6 strawberries. Keeps me full till dinner!
  • I'm the same way. Weekdays are fine and Fri/Sat nights are usually when I do have the beer or wine or the not so good for you food. I've been trying to be good but we all have our off days! :) I do try to log it all, even if I am over.

  • I work in my company's Quality department filling out our customer surveys for our quality, health, safety and environmental policies. I also work with our quality database that holds all of our policies and procedures.
  • I love Dunkin'!! You can still get your fix, what about switching to a small instead of a large? Get non fat milk. When I go to Starbucks I fit a grande skinny vanilla latte in my log. Dunkin' I'll get a Vanilla Latte Lite, skim milk/splenda. I LOVE my specialty coffees :)
  • I usually get steamed shrimp and broccoli, sauce on the side (about 1/2 cup poured over OR if I dunk each piece, it's less) and I eat 1/2 cup of the steamed rice.

  • Great results! I just started week 2 yesterday but I'm doing the classic version. I forgot to take my measurements, but I feel stronger. I was able to do more of everything yesterday then the 1st day and I think my pants are fitting slightly better. No real weight loss but I'm happy with my pants so far, lol
