I use either skim milk or water... depends on how I feel that day. I blend it up with a frozen banana and 8 oz. of milk or water and occasionally add in a tablespoon of peanut butter or PB2. The chocolate is my favorite!

Yes! I totally agree with the Yoga. I substitute Tony Horton's One On One Fountain of Youth. It's about 45 minutes long. I'll work my way up to Yoga X. I get 45 min in and I'm bored and I'm done, lol

I did it once before but only got to 30 days before I lost interest. I started again on the 4th, so I just completed my first week yesterday! My favorite was (and still is) Kenpo. I have it and I really liked it! It wasn't too hard on my back. I did get stronger and lost a little bit of weight. I'm doing P90X now and Ab Ripper X hurts my lower back too much so I substitute Slim & Six Pack... it doesn't hurt my back as much. I'm hoping to work up to Ab Ripper. Good Luck! :happy:

I have mine set to 40/40/20 and this will be 2 on this. After my weigh in Friday, I'll see if I need to adjust or not.

I start drink my Shakeology in the car around 7:30 and finish it off at work, then have my snack around 9:30-10. On the weekends it's a little later (and might be different) then that since we can sleep in a little bit and not have to rush around. ETA: I usually get up between 6:30-7 during the week.

I agree with everyone else to stick with it! I just started Tuesday and I do my push-ups on my knees and use a chair for the pull ups and do what I can. I take the Vitafusion Women's gummy's for bone/metabolism and the Vitafusion Calcium Gummys. Regular pills make me nauseaus no matter what time I take them or what I take them with and I don't get that feeling with the gummys.

I love Aldi too! I just got 2 containers of blueberries for $.99 each! That saved me like $8 right there! I spent $52 and got DD a bunch of granola bars, turkey sausage, lean ground beef, pork chops, chicken tenderloins, grapes, green beans, "whales" instead of Goldfish, green salad mix, bag of spinach, fit & active cheese…

You can get Better Than PB at Trader Joe's... I think I've even seen something similar at Bi-Lo.

Nutella is sooo good! We eat it here, but we definitely don't use the 2 tablespoon serving size. I use 1/2 tablespoon for me and dd gets a little bit to spread on a tortilla with some PB and a banana. We use it in moderation. Now, in the past I have definitely used pretzel sticks and dunked it in the nutella! :laugh:

When I did Insanity, I was burning anywhere from 500-600 calories in the first few weeks. That was using my HRM.
