Today I had 1/2 cup Quaker Instant Oats and 5 cut up strawberries mixed in.

Day 1 I burned 466 calories and that was just Start it up. Yesterday I did that and 6 pack and burned 934 cals. Today was Start it up & Limber and burned 940.

Yesterday I had 1 egg, 9 tbsp. egg whites, 1/2 cup green pepper, 1 oz of FF feta, some turkey bacon and chocolate milk. Today I had a bowl of Special K Protein Plus, 5 strawberries and 1/2 cup FF milk.

I had the same issue. I started adding a scoop of whey protein powder to 8 oz. of skim milk for my afternoon snack.

Today I had an egg with 3 egg whites, fat free feta, salsa, 2 turkey sausage patties and most of it on a low carb tortilla. Yum! I would have added some peppers or spinach but I didn't have any more! :noway:

I'm not doing 30 day shred, but I've been doing P90X and Insanity and I usually do my work outs after my daughter goes to bed and I sleep just fine :laugh: I'm not a morning person, so getting up at the butt crack of dawn doesn't work for me.

I'm the same way. The only ones that I found that don't make me sick are prenatal vitamins and gummies. Right now I take gummies 2 x Multi, 2 x Omega 3 and 2 x Vitamin C every day.... I think they are Vitafusion brand.
