  • I usually eat 1/2 cup with fresh fruit for breakfast, and the high protien count keeps me satisfied for a long time, with the added bonus of calcium...I buy plain and add a splenda packet into it to sweeten it...just tried vanilla flavoured splenda sweetener and it was delicious!!
