I don't do eggs either, autoimmune issues. Here's a link to some fab breakfast ideas and recipes. One or two may contain eggs, just avoid those if you have autoimmune issues. http://paleononpaleo.com/paleo-breakfasts/

If you're going to carb load, it's best to do it on a heavy workout day. In addition, I would do it with mostly paleo friendly foods.Anything else, you may regret (as stated by previous poster). However, if you're going to have pizza, I wouldn't make the whole day a cheat day. I also wouldn't make a habit of it. I do…

^^This! I also immediately thought of glutenous grains Dairy can contribute as well, if you have sensitivity or intolerance. Most likely it's the gluten though.

It's amazing how people bash paleo so quickly. There are plenty of books, articles, etc that illustrate why paleo makes sense (from a scientific perspective). It's a lost cause trying to explain or validate it to people that already have their mind made up. I just wish people would look into it further, before assuming…

Eat and enjoy. =) Egg yolks have an unfounded bad reputation. They're rather nutritious.

Nutella. It's only an occasional splurge, but I have to really watch myself with it. This is why I rarely have it in the house. =p

When he notices results, he may start thinking about it. Hopefully, he'll come around. Don't stress about it though. Do your own thing! Rock on!

Tehe. Too funny! * To the OP, don't sweat it. One bite is not a big deal. Persistence, not perfection. We all have rough days, just keep on going...

Sleep. Goodnight. =p

Well, this may be the case...or it may be that the OP is proud to be paleo? I didn't particularly like the reference to "smart fat people." There's plenty of "smart thin people" as well. I get all kinds of crap from both, so I just don't go into detail about my lifestyle anymore. I've been paleo for two years now, but…

^ What he said. Mark's Daily Apple is where I began. There's also many books on the topic. Google is your friend, in this case. I'm also Paleo, and you will definitely see a difference in how you feel.

Hahaha! Love it! That's a not-so-bad problem (in a way). With a new body, comes all the new clothes!
-
Yum! Thanks for the recipe. I've been looking for breakfasts that are quick to prepare. It's also GF. Big plus!

WOW! Amazing story. I know how a bad childhood can affect someone the rest of their lives. It's great that you overcame so much. You realized your true worth, and that's the greatest gift of all. WTG!!

Hello, inspiration!

I workout whenever I have time (I often have to MAKE time, as my schedule is often full). Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon/evening . I prefer mornings though.
-
^ This. I would say it depends on how hard you're working yourself. You don't want to be ravenous. So, sometimes It's okay to eat some back.
-
Great response ! You didn't let that person rain on your parade. I love your positive attitude.
