It's hard being a nurse and watching people we care about, going down the rabbit hole. I feel your pain. Randy

Like others have said, good job hanging in there with all that stress.

Your probably weighing water change take it from me 8 months out the scale is fickle and not your fault. Hide the scale where it's hard to get and weight once a month, you will miss out on many stalls that way. Just trust your Dr and team do what they say. I look at it like a rollercoaster ride, you get on set down then it…

Just relax and let the world spin on it's own until Monday night. You have everything else taken care of or let someone else do it. Take time to daydream and go to your favorite place feel the wind, feel the warmth on your skin. Embrace the exercise. Okay so try it out for 30 minutes with a timer. The more relaxed you are…

Important. Try new things slower than you need to. Going slow will save you from bad reactions or at least minimize them. Randy

Foaming -- eating to fast and/or too much

Yes this is normal... Most often the water shift can cause increase or decrease of 4 -5 pounds. If you weight every day you have to average over a period of several days to get a true indication of progress.

I'm 7 months out and my stomach will hold 1 1/2 cups of most any food. Randy

I have had the sleeve procedure too, no reflux.

I had the sleeve

Okay that's the hard part every day will get better and better. Glad you had a good nurse, the early walking makes a difference.

Yes this is normal, your weight loss will slow down too. Don't worry about this phase just keep doing what you have been. For most all of us 1000 to 1200 calories is way below body needs. WLS has spoiled us with rapid weight loss and when we get back to normal, were complaining. Stalling is normal and building muscles can…

You just made my day, thanks for posting

You are the first person I know that has had a negative impact from the sleeve procedure. I would be distraught too. You have my prayers and support Randy

I agree with both answers you have one day won't make a difference in the big picture. Getting the protein in is important as is the water. Another thing to look at is food choices that we make, pasta or salad fill us up but don't have protein. A quarter pound hamburger patti might have 350 calories and 25 mg protein but a…

Wow you have really changed good work!

Just a comment about sodium in our bodies sodium retains water. Water weight is 8 pounds per gallon. Our bodies can retain a half gallon or more. Randy RN

You might not be in a stall the exercise will build muscle and muscles are heavier than fat. This could just be a shift!
