I used it for 1 month and lost 8 pounds. The shakes and supplements detoxed my body nicely. My arthritis stopped hurting in my hands. When I stopped using it, the arthritis came back worse than before. I wish I could afford to use it again.

I prefer calorie counting. The reason is that I was so used to doing the weight watchers plan with counting portions of food. I could never get used to counting points. It's just easier for me to count servings and calories.

It doesn't matter what time of the day you eat as long as you don't go over your alloted calories for that day. I eat after 6pm almost every day. If you are hungry, then you should eat something.

I have almost all of Leslie's walk dvd's. I had results from using them. I got toned up and lost inches using them. I also bought the dvd she has for walking outside and it has some great music.

Like you, I was on a plateau that lasted for over 1 month. I dropped my calories to 500-600 a day and added 2 miles to my walk. I walk almost everyday and my weight has started to go down. My doctor approves of what I did.

I drink about 8-10 cups a day. I drink unsweet tea with lemon and water mostly. I gave up soda last August and now they taste horrible to me. I try to only drink beverages with no salt or caffeine.

When I go on cruises, I try to eat healthy. They have nice salad bars and healthy choices on their menu. It's always the same though, I always gain 6 pounds even though I walk alot and use the gym. Enjoy your cruise.

When you fry, you are getting all the fat. When you grill, the fat is dripping off the meat and you will not be eating it. Fat has lots of calories.
