I buy premade salads, frozen lean cuisine/healthy choice meals, and microwavable soups or pasta's made by the previously mentioned brands. I'm in the same boat! These last 20 pounds have been the hardest. But so long as you keep up with the work outs and watch what you eat, you should see the weight come off. If you have days that you slip up, don't beat yourself up over it!

Thank you for the replies! It's nice to know I'm not the only one that feels this way. I'm trying my hardest to get over this, and be comfortable with myself. Unfortunately with my little progress, summer, and my yo-yo weight motivation seems to slip away from me.
