Hi! I'm in my late 20's and have a toddler. I also have a large hand in raising my step daughter with Autism as she lives with us. I've always been over weight but I've put on a lot more over the last year. Special needs parenting is stressful and I definitely became a stress eater.

I'm in an 18 now, they were tight a few weeks ago and that's what finally prompted me to start this journey again. I honestly just want to be a 12 again. The smallest size I've been as an adult is a 10 so it would be nice to get there again or even to an 8.
