  • this happened to me a few backs and at the same time I started taking my measurements. Sure enough I was losing inches but not pounds (so I am assuming I was gaining muscle). Try doing that to see if you are actually making progress that the scale isn't noticing. Keep going it will move again :)

  • ugh!! I totally understand going through this now too!! it is very frustrating! I watch my salt, drink a ton and I take a diuretic for my blood pressure. I am up 3 pounds this week and it is all from the water - my fingers and ankles hurt and my ankles rub on my sneakers when I work out :( not fair!!!
  • Thank you, it helps to know I am not the only one. The nasal spray before and after seem to help and now its allergy season and I am taking claritin on a regular basis. I knew i was allergic to exercise I am supposed to be chubby - hahahahha :)
