That sounds great. I can't have peanut butter in the house or I eat it all! Perhaps I could get some just as my refuelling after running.

I eat very healthily during the day but when I get home I tend to snack, I often finish work very late hence am really hungry and don't have the energy to cook a proper meal. I either end up with something out of freezer and chips or a take away which has really made the lb pile on again. I need to plan better and get home…

Just made myself get out there and do a 30 minute run, was not keen on going but feel great now. I an doing the couch 5k plus plan. this is a plan to increase your speed and stamina once you can run for thirty minutes. Not doing any strengthening training just running

Hi please do add me. I lost 1 and 1/2 stones and have but most of it back on. I am 151 lb and want to get to133. I go running (more like a slow jog) but I am about to register for a 10k which takes place on 14th July in Leeds (England) At the moment I am running About 2K so needs lots of encouragement
