I'm 116lb at 5"7, I wouldn't want to be any lighter as I'm happy at this weight, but to be fitter is the goal!

I don't do it any more but last year in the summer I cycled everyday apart from Sundays, travelling 5.6 miles each way. My most would be 10 miles each way, any more and I'd get too sweaty!

I had a steady routine before the weekend so I don't think I had a large enough calorie deficit to counteract this weekend, but you say something about our own bodies schedule? What do you mean?
