I have tried different weight loss "plans" as well, with NO success. I see a TON of my friends trying these "fad" diets and losing weight so quickly. I'll give it a try. I am 5'4, starting at 161. Total goal is 125. I would like to lose 18 lbs during this challenge, that is 1.5 lbs a week.

I am recovering as well, still dealing with the health issues makes it harder. I have struggled with ED for several years but didn't get help until I almost died from it last year.
