Yes, it is PF. I would see a doctor immediately. My only point is that my situation matches hers EXACTLY. i treated for PF and it cleared up

You realllllly are way over thinking it. Just log close and conservatively and move on. over thinking causes people to quit. don't. it works.

Thanks all - an update. That was last Tuesday. I usually run/bike TTS, and lift heavy MWF; That being said, I did another 5k under 30 on Thursday and another on Saturday. Think that will now just be my regular run :)

Somersaults are great snacks and pretty big portion. I think sodium is pretty high Prepacked sushi...90 cals for 4 pieces of spicy Tuna

I aim for 400 cals each cardio session. (using Fitbit cals...not machine, cause they are usually totally wrong)

Have a 49,000 caloric deficit.

I know people will disagree, but the couple of times I hit a plateau i ate over my calories for 4 or 5 days. . A week later I would lose all the weight, and continue losing. Works for me at least. Just remember to get back on!

^This. I could eat a couple of pizzas no problem, then kill a tub of ice cream no problem. Oh and wash it all down with a 2 liter of Mountain Dew. Just did. not. care.
