This time round I'm not eating back my exercise calories,in the past I have but have lost weight very slowly and given up, so decided not too this time and see if I lose quicker,would like to drop half stone by Christmas

brilliant post,bumping this for later as im finding it very difficult at 45 and trying to lose a stone,i seem to be maintaining at 1200 calories and doing 30 day shred everyday and dog walking.

thanks everyone for your advice to this post,i have been up on the scales for the last 2 weeks,have only been on here for a month and was ready to give up! but this post has just put me back on the road, tommorrow is a new day,think im going to have a monthly weigh in day now,thanks for the motivation to carry on,here…

im doing both,i do 30 day shread everyday before breakfast,work all day then do 30 mins jogging in early evening 4days a week,not feeling to tierd

wow! im new to this site1st week for me and 1st week of doing 30d dvd,cant believe your pictures, there great,going to push myself more now to make sure i get great results too
