  • CONGRATULATIONS!!! That's about the same amount of weight I have to lose to get to goal and I was estimating about six months, also. If you don't mind sharing - how did you lose the weight and what is the healthy BMI? I haven't figured that out yet. You must feel amazing!
  • A cup of lowfat almond/coconut milk, a half frozen banana, a handful of frozen mango, a handful of fresh spinach, a spear of pineapple, a dash of coconut extract. You don't taste the spinach - it tastes like a pina colada. YUM!
  • Congrats everyone! July 4th is a traditional eat-fest and drink-fest! I hit my calorie deficit goal yesterday and lost about a half pound.
