I had one of those days yesterday. I was shattered...but i put my daughter to bed , got my trainers on and kicked butt. Felt so much more awake afterwards, and slept so much better of late .

Hi all i started 30 day shred on monday just gone. I Have completed 4 days straight and on for number 5 this evening. I havent taken down my stats but did weighed myself on monday morning and ive lost 6lbs already. I have set my calorie intake to 1500 a day. Want to lose another 42lbs. im 5' 10" and my goal weight is 175lbs . i started at 233 and im currently at 198. weighing every monday morning.

brilliant , thanks for all your replies. At least i know what types seem to be working and are reliable, Think i need to go shopping when mr bank manager says im allowed some money at the weekend. lol Hopefully i will have some good news and i'll be lighter than i think i am. x

Wow....you can see a massive difference already. Im new to MFP and your thread has given me so much more motivation to lose the 42lbs i need to lose. Please keep us updated on your progress.
