Try flavored water. I love nighttime snacks and for the last week I've been drinking water with lime juice when i feel an urge to snack coming on. It works!

What's with the 5'2' or shorter people hating their height!! I love being short. As I find most men love it also. I seemed to fit perfectly into my ex-boyfriends arms and I all I dated was 6 feet and over.

I had a whole closet of work clothes. At least 13 pairs of slacks and I could only fit one pair. I was so depressed. Work was stressing me out and my weight was a result of that stress and in turn it made me gain more weight. I hated looking at my body in the mirror.

Gospel that I can dance to!! I know people in the Gym look at me like I'm crazy but it helps me make it through my workouts, so I don't care.

I'm 5'2, 155 pounds. For the majority of my adult life I fluctuated between 124 and 129, my goal weight. Now I can't get back to that place. I joined MFP a month ago but I started trying a healthy lifestyle a month before that and I'm not seeing results like I believe I should. Only dropped about 3 pounds.

You should try complimenting one woman a day. That way when you really like someone you won't be so nervous. I remember I was walking to lunch with my girlfriends and it was this guy who drove by in a car and said "You are beautiful." He wasn't trying to date me, but he wanted me to know that. That was at least seven years…

10 years older is the oldest I've dated. I try to stick to those within my generation!! Never really dated anyone younger.

I hate running but I ran on the treadmill for five minutes straight without stopping. Normally I'll run a minute or two and stop, then start again. I'm gonna be a real runner someday!!! One step at a time!!

I ate a high calorie lunch but I didn't let it throw me off track. Just made a spaghetti squash dinner for only 179 calories. When I'm done exercising I'll be well under my daily calorie total!! GO ME!!! and GO YOU!!! to everyone who is proud of themselves for today!!

5'2", Size 12, 160 pounds- probably weight less by now- but i refuse to weigh myself until my pants are loose enough to fit into a size 8. That's my short goal. Then from there i'll work on getting to a 4-6.
