Get a pedometer. You try to walk more during the day, not just "workout" time.

I teach as well, I always keep healthy lunch and snack stuff stashed in my cabinet. If I run out, I know I can borrow from a coworker for the day. They know about my stash and have borrowed, too! The only thing I'll grab from the cafeteria is a skim milk or a glass of unsweetened tea.
