(Hoping this works. Haven't put up a picture on this site before) Unfortunately since then, I stopped exercising and gained a pound back and don't look nearly as good now. So I'm hoping by summer I can look as great as a lot of the 'After' pictures on this Topic. You all are so motivational!

Well, I technically started four days ago, but I'd love to help motivate you, as long as you'll help motivate me! I love it so far, although I felt like I had no energy for it today. I somehow managed to get through though, since I refuse to take a day off unless my body really needs it!

I'm hoping I don't put my body into starvation mode! I eat whenever I feel hungry usually. Just try to do smaller portions and healthy choices so it never usually adds up to much. But thanks for boosting my confidence in losing the weight by July. It seems like an impossible goal, but I know I can get there. :) It's good…

What I found that usually works for me are apple slices spread with a thin layer of peanut butter and sprinkled with dark chocolate chips. Quite filling, delicious, and not too bad for you. :)

Cereal usually. I am a huge cereal fanatic. But pretty much only the bad, sugary kinds of cereal, so I have to limit myself. Other than cereal though, I enjoy a yummy (not so good for you) smoothie and apple slices with a bit of peanut butter and a few dark chocolate chips. Yum!

I thought Beef Jerky was bad for you, so the responses to this topic are quite a surprise! I love beef jerky but I've been denying myself it recently to help stay healthy. Glad to know I can snack on some!

I started on the 14th. So today was my fourth day. And even though I was a lot less sore today than I have been the last couple days, I felt like I had absolutely no energy this time around, while my energy level was quite high until today. Has anyone else experienced anything similar around this time?
