I've had 2 c-sections and wear a 2 piece bathing suit... you can def get your abs back easily. but your lower abs is prob the hardest and takes the most work

My fitness pal usually says I burn more calories than the machines say I do at the gym. However MFP bases it on your weight and the machines at the gym do not put that into account most of the time. And remember I person weighing 200 lbs will burn more calories than a person weighing 150.

I'm right there with you! I've been trying to stay more active during the weekends to allow for the higher calorie intake. But it is very hard when everyone around you is eating what ever they want

I'm in the same boat as you... my boyfriend is a chef who loves to eat unhealthy so that is always an agurement but we work opposite schedules so my in work out in my favor. But he gives me a really hard time about going to a gym (which I work there as my second job). He feels on my days…
