The buffets in Vegas aren't exactly cheap anymore. (At least not the ones with quality food.) Save your money and your health by going to a restaurant instead. Bringing healthy snacks with you also helps save money and calories.

I agree that different approaches work well for different people. What has worked well for me is upping my protein intake, keeping my sugar intake low, and eating a small meal every few hours. I've lost 22 pound in 9 weeks and I haven't been hungry at all.

I like to make a salad with it. Tuna, cannellini beans, chopped fresh vegetables (tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, scallions, etc) some fresh parsley or oregano and just enough vinaigrette to moisten it. Delish!

I take the stairs at work too - up and down 6 flights of 12 steps, several times a day. I just rack it up as part of my TDEE.

Weight training has worked really well for me. I do 30 minutes of weight training and 20 minutes of cardio 3X a week and it helped me lose 20 pounds in 7 weeks. Plus, I feel great! Good luck!

Pears or pineapple, if I mix fruit with it. But my favorite way to eat it is with chopped tomatoes, avocado, chives, & pepper.

Use it for smoothies. I don't like the taste of kale, (but love how nutritious it is) so I put it in a smoothie with some pineapple juice, a frozen banana and some protein powder.

I really like the Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas for wraps - healthy and very filling. I fill it up with either goat cheese or hummus, avocado, and all my other favorite veggies. Delicious!

Are you kidding? I WISH my boobs would shrink. When I lost a lot of weight before, I only went from a G to a DDD/E. Damn that "dense" breast tissue. :-(

You might be judging yourself too harshly. I don't think that anyone can become all that "unfit" in just 2 months. If you're feeling overwhelmed, hire a trainer to get you back in the swing of things. Good luck!
